Having left an indelible mark on a growing list of international and national clients of repute, Susan founded 52 Pick-up Inc. with her design partner Nick Monteleone in 1998. As a customer-service oriented firm that specializes in real estate marketing and corporate branding, 52 Pick-up combines industry know-how, award-winning creativity and promotional strategy to create sales driven messages that pave the way for winning projects that meet and surpass clients' objectives.

Nick Monteleone founded 52 Pick-up Inc. with his design partner Susan McIntee in 1998 to establish his belief that great design is an essential element for the success and longevity of a brand through award winning projects. Rick's focus is taking the business issues a brand faces, and re-positioning, re-focusing, or revising the brand strategy to drive sales and share. With over 20 years experience launching, managing and "fixing" brands in a wide selection of categories, both in ad agencies and as a Client, Rick's understanding of consumer behaviour and motivation helps move a brand to a position of greater relevance in the hearts and minds of the target customer. From there compelling marketing strategies to deliver measurable business building programs are developed.

Sue MacKay

With over a decade of experience in real estate marketing strategy for resort giant Intrawest, Sue perfectly grasps a clients needs and expectations having sat on that side of the table for so many years. With expertise in envisioning, branding, design, sales strategy and project specific marketing she has a deep understanding of the sales process and how marketing can best support a developers' sales objectives. Her ability to extract and analyze consumer insight provides targeted sales and marketing solutions maximizing the clients return on investment. Sue brings extensive real estate marketing and CRM experience in both the eastern US and Canadian markets having been a key partner in the sales successes of countless developments. Her ability to create lasting relationships among all stakeholders engages every player resulting in innovative and creative campaigns.

Sandra Mansour

With a number of years of experience with front-, back-end and database development and extensive knowledge of a number of different programming languages, Sandra has the proven ability to see a project through from Analysis to Deployment. Sandra's background helps improve development processes with a focus on software and database architecture and the implementation of all Social Media tools. Her keen interest in learning new technology and the speed at which it is accomplished makes for cutting-edge delivery of our digital media.
