The Shipyards is a master-planned community on the waterfront in downtown Collingwood, offering low-rise condominiums and townhomes, created by the FRAM Building Group in partnership with the Slokker Real Estate Group. 52 Pick-up Inc. was brought on board to refresh and revitalize the existing Shipyards brand and collateral to facilitate new interest in the project. The identity was revised to attract new potential buyers and subsequent marketing materials such as a website, brochure and floorplan package, and direct mailer were produced. As a result of this brand revitalization, The Shipyards' sales are up and construction is well underway with residents moving in. Since its relaunch The Shipyards and 52 Pick-up have won the following awards for Marketing and Advertising: Best project Logo Branding: OHBA Awards of Distinction 2010; Best Project Logo Low-Rise: BILD 2010; Best Direct Mail Low-Rise: BILD 2010.
