Ironstone is a unique condominium project located in central Burlington. 52 Pick-up was asked by Davies Smith Developments to brand the community and bring it to market with a supporting marketing campaign and collateral. Inspired by nature and the project itself, the identity for this project is very graphic and represents both the architectural style of the building, as well as the introduction of geothermal heating and cooling (the first of its kind in Canada). This colour palette of white, green and black translated through to the sales centre and out of home signage, advertising and direct mail pieces, and the website.
