The Pinnacle on Adelaide is a unique 43-storey condominium project set in the heart of downtown Toronto's Entertainment District. 52 Pick-up was brought on board to brand the project and help bring it to market with a full marketing and communications campaign that included the initial branding work, logo, advertising, signage, sales office, stationery and marketing packages. The chosen colour palette of gray and orange represents the neighbourhood in which the project is situated; the point at which the financial (represented by the gray tones) and entertainment (represented by the bright orange) districts meet. The overall brand is cool, clean and sophisticated with an Asian design aesthetic and a hip "downtown" vibe, perfectly encapsulating life in this vibrant urban setting.
