130 Merton

130 Merton is a high-end commercial property held by Brigham Holdings. The building had been on the market for a year and was not attracting the kind of tenants that it needed. 52 Pick-up was brought on board by Brigham to rebrand the building and provide an out-of-the-box marketing solution to lease the building. Through a new logo and a professional photo shoot of the space, we were able to create a full marketing toolkit, including a unique selling brochure, sell-sheet, signage and a website, for the commercial real estate brokerage to use to generate new prospects and awareness. The new marketing plans has resulted in new tenants for 130 Merton.
