210 Simcoe is a new residential condominium in the heart of downtown Toronto that represents the upside of living downtown. 52 Pick-up was asked by the joint venture of Sorbara Development Group and Diamondcorp to brand the project and execute a full marketing campaign, which was highlighted by the outside-the-box magazine as brochure initiative. With unique articles on the development itself and the developers, one-on-one chats with the interior design team and architect, as well as noteworthy galleries, restaurants and hot spots in the area, 52 Pick-up brought not only the development, but the whole neighbourhood to life, to paint the picture for future residents. A beautiful illustration was commissioned for this project and has pride of place in the sales centre, as well as being featured in the advertising campaign, video and within the brochure. Additional collateral including e-marketing, the website and signage brought the development to market with great success. 210 Simcoe is now 90% sold out.
