The Rowe is a condominium development built on the shores of Whitby combining metropolitan glamour with small town romance, classicism with modernity, and 52 Pick-up created the brand identity to reflect exactly that. All marketing materials including brochures, the website, signage, the sales office and advertising were designed and produced by 52 Pick-up. As a result, The Rowe won the 2006 Ontario Home Builder's Association Awards of Distinction for Project of the Year- High Rise, and Best Project Logo and Signage.
