Two of our brochures won first place at The Nationals; proving once again that creativity and marketing acumen paves the way to gold!
The Enclave by StateView Homes and The Summit by Trace Property Group each won in their respective categories, The Enclave for Best Brochure Community and The Summit for Best Lifestyle Brochure. These accolades not only endorse our belief in the importance of communicating the best aspects of a project through print, they also underscore the aspirational element that is the sizzle that sells.
The Enclave in Kleinburg has recently sold out completely. Our brochure showcases architecture enhancing the historical while featuring modern and innovative design. We used realistic renderings and local photography, overcoming buyer’s expectations of traditional Kleinburg homes (driveways, big lots), by focusing on added benefits including private underground garages with direct access to the homes, and maintenance-free living. We produced three different versions of the brochure – a soft cover for mass distribution, a linen bound coffee table version for purchasers, and a digital version with animated floral graphics and embedded links to content.
The brochure we created for The Summit in Huntsville is a beautiful example of storytelling that compels readership and excitement through stunning graphics and photography. It provides all of the myriad reasons to buy; providing resources on Muskoka, the local attractions, the carefree living and the sense of prestige engendered by living/vacationing here.
The Nationals are North America’s most prestigious builder awards. Established in 1982, The Nationals celebrates North America’s best new-home sales and marketing, and recognizes outstanding achievements in a variety of architectural, sales and marketing categories.
