The Nationals salutes and honours the best in the building industry for their determination, integrity, creativity and endurance.
Silver Award Winners are the top vote recipients in each category and are the finalists for the Gold Award. Gold Awards will be presented in February 2021 in a Virtual Awards Ceremony.
Started in 1982 as the Institute of Residential Marketing, The Nationals award program continues to recognize superior new home sales and marketing achievements. With 61 categories across various disciplines of the new home industry, the awards honour excellence in product and community design, advertising, marketing and sales achievements by individuals and sales teams.
During a four-day judging process, a panel of nine industry professionals from across the USA determined the Silver and Gold award winners from a field of over 900 entries.
Highlights of our Winning Entries:
Main & Co. Best Logo Design
We created a logo that is a unique blending of traditional and contemporary design, reflective of the project and its location. The graphic motif that is locked up with the logotype reflects the area’s rural environment. The logotype uses a tailored well kerned font with an unusual ampersand that compliments the graphic motif. It contributed to a strong success story. The project sold all 52 units in under a month.
The Summit Best Logo Design
The logo incorporates all of the elements of a coveted Muskoka address; the location in Huntsville, the lakeside living component and the flag motif that suggest this is a flagship community, a destination. It is a cool and easy to understand logo; its simplicity is its most compelling feature – simple typography coupled with a graphic element (the flags) to create a brand that is unique, strong and identifiable.
The Enclave Best Brochure Community
The brochure showcases the architecture, enhancing the historical while featuring modern and innovative design. It utilizes realistic renderings and local photography and overcame buyer’s expectations of the traditional Kleinburg home (driveways, big lots), by focusing on added benefits (private underground garages with direct access to the home, maintenance-free living with lawn, community parkette, driveway cleaning). It did so utilizing elegant typography, realistic renderings and actual photography showing the community within its real setting.
The Summit Best Brochure Community
The brochure is a beautiful example of story-telling that compels readership and excitement through stunning graphics and photography. It provides all of the myriad reasons to buy; providing resources on the area, the local attractions, the carefree living and the sense of prestige engendered by living/vacationing here.
QOO Studio Best Website for a Supplier
For QOO Studio we created an energetic, robust site utilizing edgy graphics and animations that bolster the products and services offered while showcasing the technologies available.
The site shows the company’s agile work processes and highlights its USPs – fast turnaround, economical production and cutting-edge technological expertise in creating realistic 3D experiences. It is colourful, upbeat, trendsetting and compelling. Check it out! www.qoostudio.com
