An exclusive collection of 91 contemporary townhome residences, on the corner of Pine Valley Drive and Major Mackenzie, surrounded by lush trails and greenspace and close to all of the amenities of Richmond Hill, these contemporary townhomes feature lavish detail, airy interiors, and modern styling that brings ultimate refinement to everyday life.

Archetto is a place where privilege lies in the community’s proximity to green spaces. Moments away from William Granger Greenway, the Kortright Centre and Boyd Conservation area, life at Archetto can be as active and outdoors as you choose. For the urbanite, the closeness to shopping, dining, theatre, schools, transit and highways, provides the ideal balance between nature and convenience.

In creating the Archetto brand, we concentrated on its connection to nature, twinning our graphic identity with various depictions of nature; from whimsical florals to stylized wildlife. Reflecting the project’s USP – the natural surroundings and, abundance of greenspace – is purposeful and deliberate. The various iterations reflect the many different ways this can be achieved through design. The ultimate graphic brand is sophisticated and glamorous, its slender font creates a sense of rhythmic elegance. Here the dynamic juxtaposition of the C and H reflect a stylized townhome visual; linked but separate, implying that while these are townhomes, they provide a sense of ardent individuality.

Marketing for Archetto followed a robust pre-opening EDM program to both brokers and registrants, resulting in drip campaigns that teased and kept people interested. Signage and strategic ads in trade publications helped build a strong data base of registrants. The results were exceptional. The project sold out all available phases within weeks of opening each phase.
