With its vision focused on creating an exclusive collection of just ten urban townhomes in Toronto’s coveted South Forest Hill neighbourhood, O’Shanter has brought its knowledge of the area and its ability to deliver homes of extraordinary cache to the city’s beloved Yonge-St. Clair neighbourhood. These are homes designed to attract a wealthy buyer seeking an upscale home close to the many offerings of this vibrant community; UCC, BSS, The Kay Gardner Beltline, and the city’s most sophisticated shops and restaurants.
Designed by renowned architect Julian Jacobs (established 1979), Deer Park Crossing reflects carefully orchestrated design that captures the essence of luxury in 3,000 sq. ft. over three full floors of living space connected by private elevator and anchored by an underground garage at basement level.
Appealing to a target market that includes suburban purchasers, buyers from abroad, and wealthy neighbourhood residents cashing out large homes in Forest Hill, Deer Park Crossing appeals to people who are not ready for condo living but want a new home that allows them to entertain and enjoy a more carefree lifestyle.
Another target group is Private School Families – people who want to be close to the legendary private schools in the neighbourhood - including Upper Canada College and BSS. This is predominately an Asian market seeking a prestigious address in a convenient and upscale neighbourhood.
Our mandate for Deer Park Crossing was to create a genuine sense of place to attract, inspire and engage audiences. We designed the Deer Park Crossing brand to reflect the connection to the community of Deer Park – and tied it together with a positioning line: The Perfect Collaboration of Place and Design.
The brand is fresh yet traditional, utilizing a New Yorker style black and white minimalist rendering of the homes, creating an elegant and sophisticated visual brand that perfectly reflects the stature of these homes.
The brand utilizes a cohesive narrative throughout all tactics including the brochure, website, ad campaign, EDMs and social. It tells the story of an upscale project with strong emphasis on its Deer Park location and proximity to all the allurements of South Forest Hill including parks, trails, shopping, transit, and schools.
