An Innovative New Site for Distrikt
When Distrikt awarded us the job to create a new corporate website for them, we were honoured. Having worked on several Distrikt projects, we developed an affection for this talented team, and we were focused on designing a website that represented their unique brand with the style and flair it so richly deserves.
Our first task was to do a deep dive into the Distrikt brand; a company comprised of two entities – Distrikt and Distrikt Capital. A development arm and a financial arm. We identified the dual vision of the two arms:
To become Canada’s most sought-after developer, synonymous with inspired design, impeccable quality, and curated living experiences.
To be the strategic partner that exceeds expectations, puts clients first and is forever transparent and accountable.
We designed the site to support each arm within a cohesive brand story. The development arm is public-facing, and the financial arm is investor/developer/corporate facing. From the landing page, users can choose either the Development site or the Capital site.
We created a video for the background of the landing page which shows actual Distrikt projects and staff at work. The site is an easy navigation, well-organized with beautiful visuals to support Distrikt’s truly exceptional work.
