At last! A condominium where you can finally just breathe!

Featuring truly inspired architecture with gorgeous, stepped terraces facing east, Exhale by Brixen is changing the face of waterfront living on Queensway in south Mississauga. Here, just steps to Lakeshore Park, residents can enjoy all the benefits of a lakefront condominium.

In branding Exhale, we concentrated on the feeling one has when one finally gets home. That magnificent breath that escapes when you walk through your door, leaving the stresses of the city behind you, and entering a peaceful, almost Zen-like realm that invites you to take the time to enjoy life, to just breathe.

Naming the condominium EXHALE was a brave move. It’s such a different type of name – but it works splendidly for this condominium because it is a different type of condo too. Featuring larger suites, truly connected living and Brixen’s signature finishing touches, EXHALE is an experience as much as a place to live.

We created a website for Exhale that communicates the advantages of living at Exhale through area photography, amenity renderings, proximity to transit, greenspace and conveniences. A series of videos communicated the many amenities of the area and showed the advantages of lakeside living. An interactive 3D experience allows people to see typical suites and amenities.

We produced a brochure that captures all of Exhale’s many advantages, utilizing life-like renderings, stock and custom photography, bold graphics, and a storytelling style meant to compel readership and interest. The brochure was downloadable from the website.

We provided a robust signage campaign including site signage, A-frames and offsite billboards – all aimed at compelling registrations, while creating buzz and recognition.

We designed a Sales Centre in a strip plaza close to the project, providing displays and branding material. We also produced a portable booth for use at local events and shows.

Our marketing campaign consisted of a vigorous email program to the Brixen data base, real estate professionals and registrants. The EDM campaign teased details about the project, leading up to a Grand Opening Event. The first event targeted Friends and Family, the second Real Estate Professionals and the third went out to Registrants. The events were so successful that over 50% of the suites sold out in the first weekend!
