A Runaway Success Story in Richmond Hill
At Ivylea, the delicate balance of nature and home building come together; tastefully positioned close to the compelling amenities of Richmond Hill, yet within a lush setting of mature trees and unspoiled nature. This large master-planned community with 420 homes was marketed and sold in phases.
These 3-storey homes with 3, 4, or 5-bedrooms are bordered by graceful trees and have a delightful parkette at its centre. Designed with spacious and flexible layouts, these are homes that will grow with your family and offer exceptional living for years to come. Fabulous open concept kitchens invite the chef in you to aspire to new heights of culinary adventure while pampering ensuite bathrooms provide a spa-like experience at home.
Here residents can jog through Phyliss Rawlison Park, canoe or kayak on nearby Lake Wilcox, and enjoy the convenience of shopping, restaurants and night life just a quick drive away. Moments from Hwy. 404 and two GO transit stations, Ivylea is the perfect location for people looking to add a little green to their lives.
The Ivylea brand reflects imagery of lush ivy growing in a natural setting. It incorporates a sense of romance with descending “y” in the middle of the name providing a bit of whimsy.
Marketing for Ivylea consisted of an aggressive EDM campaign to registrants and brokers – initially to Marlin Spring’s general data base and then segmented to its own data base as registrants responded to signage and advertising. We created a strong drip campaign to both brokers and registrants, teasing information and keeping interest high. When the project officially opened, sales were strong. Every unit in every phase sold out within weeks of release.
