Creating a brand within a brand has been challenging and rewarding. The old Hotel McGibbon was an aging but beloved watering hole in downtown Georgetown for over a century.
Being the first is often an advantage in business. But sometimes it’s also a challenge.
Theory is a high-rise condominium building located at College and St. George –in the heart of U of T surrounded by all of the urban amenities of downtown Toronto.
When ModBox, a boutique developer in Ottawa approached us with their plans for transforming the historic St. Charles Church site in Beechwood, we jumped at the opportunity to brand their exciting new development.
